Pay & Growth Structure
- Starting pay — $23–$25/hr
- Consistency raise — $250/day after 90 days of proven performance
- Production pay — $350–$500/day production-based pay after 6 months
- Commissions & upsells — 3–7% typical commission on guards, add-ons, and referrals

Role Responsibilities
- Install seamless gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards
- Lead or assist a crew on residential and light commercial installs
- Safely use ladders, tools, and materials at heights
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Communicate clearly with customers and your team
- Report service issues, hazards, or equipment needs
Requirements
- 2+ years of gutter, roofing, siding, or construction experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Comfortable working at heights and on roofs
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
