$23–$25/hr + bonuses · $50k–$75k/yr potential
- Profit sharing — Lead Installers earn a % of truck revenue
- Performance bonuses ($10–$30/hr extra potential)

Gutter Cleaning Technician
$18–$24/hr + bonuses · $40k–$60k/yr potential
- Performance bonuses & lead-generation incentives

- On-site and off-site training provided
- Part-Time
Office Manager
$18–$24/hr · 20–25 hrs/week · hybrid flexible
