Description
Urban Seamless Gutters ATL replaced the gutter run above the garage door on a single-story home. The existing 26-foot section had been crushed and pulled away from the fascia, leaving an open gap where the roof edge met the channel. We removed it and formed 26 feet of new 6-inch K-style gutter on site from heavy-duty aluminum in white, reinstalled in the original location on 18 hidden hangers.
The Challenge
The gutter above the garage door had been crushed and separated from the fascia, opening a gap at the roof edge. Water coming off that slope ran straight past the channel onto the driveway and the wall below instead of reaching the downspout.
Our Solution
We removed the full 26-foot damaged section and rolled its replacement on site — 6-inch K-style, heavy-duty aluminum, white — and hung it back in the original location on 18 hidden hangers for a solid hold on the fascia. End caps and seams were sealed with tripolymer gutter sealant, an oval outlet was cut to feed the existing downspout, and a splash guard was set where the pitch concentrates runoff so heavy flow stays in the channel.
